Delivery, Returns and Warranty

Delivery

All orders will be shipped within a couple of days of ordering. When your order ships you will receive a tracking email.

USA & Europe - Allow a couple of days for your order to be processed and delivery will take 1-5 business days.

Worldwide - Allow a couple of days for your order to be processed and delivery will take 8 - 10 business days.

Returns

When you’re GOBAG arrives give it a good trial run in the comfort of your home. Pack it it up with a trial load, check out all the features and see if it’s right for you. If it’s not, please get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

We accept returns for eligible items as long as they are returned within 30 days. Items returned must not have been used and must include all original packaging and tags.To be eligible for a return, please make sure that you have the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Once our warehouse receives your return it can take 14 days for us to inspect, process and refund your purchase. After the return has been approved, credit card returns can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process.

International orders

Please note that we cannot pay for international shipping on returns outside of the USA and UK.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept custom charges for returned goods. When returning your bag please mark your package with "Under Warranty Returned Goods".

Warranty 

We want to make sure you have the best experience with your GOBAG. If you have a problem, please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll try and fix it.

We offer a full one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. This warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear. This includes improper use, abuse, negligence, or accident.
